Here at “The Teacher’s Pet” we strive to bring you
clear, concise, and thorough directions.
Under "It's Border Time" - the directions should read:
From your inner border strips that you cut earlier:
Sew 2 of the strips together for the left border, sew to the
left side of the quilt, and trim the excess.
Follow the same procedure for the right, top and bottom inner
borders.
From your outer border strips that you cut earlier: Sew 2 of the
strips together for the left border, sew to the left side of the
quilt, and trim the excess.
Follow the same procedure for the right, top and bottom outer
borders.
TAKE 5 - TP200: Towards the end of the pattern directions, in
the optional size version
of the Take 5 quilt, please find below the instruction corrections
which will replace the first three sentences in the layout diagram
paragraph You will make a total of 12 blocks: 3 of Block #1, 3 of Block #2, and 2 each of Blocks #3, 4 and 5. When laid out, you will notice that you have pieces left over from 3 partial blocks. These are extra pieces that will not be used and may be set aside for your stash. Lay out your blocks in the following order. Continue on with the directions as above, rotating your blocks . . . . (the rest of the directions are the same as the pattern you have)
TAKE 5 Gets The Point- TP206: In the layout diagram, two blocks do not show block numbers. Row 2 should show Block #2 and Row 3 should show Block #4.
